There’s no export button for calls, transcripts or contacts. Exports are done for you on request. Just ask for one. Go to HQ, and click the box at the top. Spell out what you need: which data, the date range, and anything specific, like one customer or a format. Send it, and she gets your request to the right place. You’ll get an update within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Prefer a person? Email or call support with the same details.
