You can tell a group of customers in one go. Open Contacts from the menu on the left. Search to narrow a long list. Tick the box next to each contact you want. Selection works one page at a time, and a page holds ten contacts. Tick as many as you need. Click Send message, in the bar that appears. Write your message. Everyone you selected gets exactly the same one, so check your selection first. Then click Send. You can message up to a hundred contacts at once, and the messages show up in the Sent list in Inquiries.
