**Read the transcript**

A call’s summary, recording and transcript all live on the inquiry. Open Inquiries from the menu on the left. Click the conversation you’re after. Each inquiry card has tabs across the top. Summary gives you the reason for the call, in a few lines. Click Conversation to get the recording. Press play to listen, and drag along the timeline to skip ahead. You can change the playback speed, or download the audio. For the full transcript, open the three-dot menu on the card. Choose View full transcript. Call transcript shows who spoke, and what was said. There’s no time beside each line, but the last line tells you who hung up. Close the transcript. For the caller’s details, click View customer. Their record shows the name, phone and email she captured on the call.
