Notes are handy for anything your team should know. Go to Contacts, and click the contact to open their record. Scroll to the Notes section, just after Inquiries, and expand it. Click Add note. Type your note. Or click the microphone and speak it, and Sophiie writes down what you say. Brain-dumped a messy draft? The AI button rewrites it in place, into something shorter and clearer. Click Add note to save it. It appears at the top of Notes, with the date and who wrote it. Notes can’t be edited. To change one, hover it, delete it with the bin icon, and add a fresh one.
