Go to Settings, then Invoices. Open Payment reminders. There’s no on or off switch. Reminders go out when this list has entries, and an empty list sends nothing. Click Add reminder. A new reminder starts with Email ticked. Choose when it goes out. There are six timings, all counted from the invoice due date. We’ll send this one on the due date. Tick SMS, Email, or both. A reminder with neither ticked is never sent. Add more to build a ladder. Each timing can only be used once, so six is the most you can have. Changes save as you go, and one schedule covers every invoice. Below, you can edit the SMS and email messages.
