Whether a booking needs your review comes down to one setting. Go to Settings, Job bookings, and open Auto bookings. How bookings are confirmed has two options. With Hard bookings, the slot is locked in on the call, and the job goes in as Confirmed. With Tentative bookings, she holds the time, and the job waits at Pending until your team confirms it. New accounts start here. Below that, Minimum notice is the earliest she’ll book from right now. Choose anything from one hour to two days. Buffer before and Buffer after leave breathing room either side of each job, for travel or set-up. Held bookings wait in For my review, on the Jobs page’s Today tab, until you confirm them. Accepted quotes wait here too. So everything that needs your say-so sits in one place. Once you confirm a booking, its status changes to Confirmed.
