A service’s outcome is what Sophiie does when a caller wants that job. Go to Settings, and open Services. Open the service you want to change. Under What Sophiie does, there are five outcomes. Take a message is the default. It captures details and never books, even if the caller asks. To put jobs in your calendar during the call, choose Book it. Book it is the only outcome that routes the job to someone. Choose who handles it. Send an SMS texts the caller after a phone call. Write your message, and tap a chip to add details like their first name. Include your business name, so they trust the number. Saved templates let you reuse a message across your services and scenarios. Send an email works the same way. Transfer the call hands the caller to a person, a department or a phone number. Open Preview to check how it all reads. When you’re happy, click Save changes.
