Three sliders control how long Sophiie waits, pauses, and lets callers cut in. Open Settings, Inquiries, Voice and personality. Expand Advanced speech, at the bottom of the page. Waiting patience is how long Sophiie waits before stepping in. Higher means she interrupts less. The recommended value is one hundred. Pause before responding is how long she waits after the caller finishes speaking. Recommended: zero point four seconds. Caller interrupt window is how easily a caller can cut in while she’s talking. Recommended: one second. Keep it longer than the pause. Change one slider at a time, in small steps, and place a test call after each. There’s no Save button, and no reset, so note your values first.
