Go to Settings, Inquiries, and open Web. Choose Lead follow-up. Switch on Calls from your website. It needs a paid plan, and the install code only appears once it’s on. Open Install instructions. If a developer looks after your site, choose My web developer to email everything to them. Pick the script. Standard works for most sites. On Wix, choose Iframe instead. The standard script doesn’t work there. Click Copy, and paste it where you want the button. On WordPress, a Custom HTML block works. Load your page and check the button appears. The call comes from your business number, and Sophiie opens with your usual greeting.
