title: "How do I control who can request a call back from my website?"
description: "The call-back button on your website is public — anyone can enter any phone number and ask for a call. When someone taps it, Sophiie rings the number they entered, so these restrictions make sure she only rings numbers you'd actually want called — not a random overseas number or one a prankster keeps entering."

Anyone can type a number into the call-back button on your website, so restrictions make sure Sophiie only rings numbers you want. Go to Settings, Inquiries, and open Web. Choose Lead follow-up. Calls from your website needs to be on for the restrictions to show. Expand Call restrictions. You can limit call backs by country, by dial code, or block specific numbers. If you only serve Australian customers, choose Only allow these countries. Search for your country. Pick it from the list. Changes save as you go. Dial codes work the same way. Allow or block by code, like plus six one for Australia. If someone keeps entering a prank number, click Add number, under Block specific phone numbers. Type the number. Then add it. She won’t call that number again. These rules only cover call backs from your website. Calls coming in to your business aren’t affected.
