Why does Sophiie sound distorted or slurred on calls?
Work out where the problem lives first: run a test call from your dashboard — a web call that skips the phone network entirely — and compare it with a normal phone call. Then flag the affected call from Inquiries so our team can review the actual recording; we'll get back to you with an update within 24–48 hours.

Distorted or slurred audio needs narrowing down first. Go to Settings, Inquiries, and find Test Sophiie at the top of the page. Click Test Sophiie to start a browser call. It’s the same agent that answers your phone, with no phone line in the way. If she sounds fine here but slurred on the phone, the problem is in the line. Then try calling from a different phone, and note what changed just before it started. To report it, open Inquiries, find the affected call, and click the three dots on its row. Choose Flag conversation. In Reason, describe what it sounds like: slurred, robotic, choppy. Add when it happened, how often, and your setup, whether landline, VoIP or mobile diversion. Under Flag issues, tick Background audio. Then click Report conversation. The recording and your notes reach our team together, and we’ll update you within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If you’re just looking, Cancel closes it without sending. Switching voices won’t fix distortion, but the catalogue is here under Voice and personality if you want to browse it. Use the play button on a row to preview a voice.
