What's my Sophiie password, and how do I get my login details?
You don't have one — Sophiie accounts have no password at all. You sign in with a one-time code we send you, so the only "login detail" you need is the email address or mobile number your account uses.

Your account has no password at all, so there’s nothing to send you. You sign in with a one-time code instead. Open the sign-in page. Type the email address your account uses. That address is the only login detail you need. Click Continue with email. We email you a six-digit code. Type it in and you’re straight through. Code not arriving? Check your spam folder, and wait sixty seconds before you resend. Or click Sign in with phone instead, and we’ll text a code to your mobile. You can also sign in with your Google or Outlook account. No code needed. Nobody can send you your login details, because there are none to send. If neither code works, contact our support team and we’ll get you back in.
