Find a time suggests the earliest slot a job can happen, so you don’t have to cross-check calendars yourself. On the Jobs page, work without a time sits in the Unscheduled section of the Today tab. Or open the All jobs tab and filter it to Unscheduled. Open the job’s three-dot menu. Find a time is the first item. The same button sits on the row too. Choose Find a time. She works out the earliest time the job can happen and asks if you’re happy with it. That comes from your team’s hours, time off and service areas, the service’s duration, existing jobs, and any connected Google or Outlook calendar. Happy with it? Leave it. Otherwise pick a different date and time in the calendar under it. Then click Schedule. That books the job and assigns an available team member. The customer isn’t told until you send them a message. Not ready? Cancel closes it without booking anything, and the job stays unscheduled.
