What's on a contact record in Sophiie?
A contact record holds everything about one customer — their details, jobs, quotes, invoices, enquiries, notes, reminders and tags. It opens as a drawer sliding over whichever list you're in: click a contact in Contacts, or click View customer in a conversation header in Inquiries.

A contact record holds everything about one customer, in one place. Open Contacts from the menu on the left. Click a contact. Their record slides over the list. Their name is at the top. The pencil beside it edits the name, and Add to company links them to a company record. Rather have it done for you? Edit with Sophiie takes a plain-English instruction, like update the mobile number. The Details card holds their phone and email. Edit them right in place. Addresses has its own section, below. Then a stack of sections, each with a count. Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Inquiries, Notes, Reminders and Tags. Click one to open it. Inquiries lists their calls, texts, emails and chats. The footer stays pinned, with Call, Text and Email. Text and Email open a composer over the record, so you stay where you are. A greyed-out button tells you why when you hover it. Here, there’s no email address to send to yet.
