How do I import my customers into Sophiie?

Go to Contacts and click Import — you can upload any spreadsheet with a header row, map your columns onto contact fields, and confirm. Import is a paid-plan feature: on a free plan you're asked to upgrade instead, and if your subscription is paused you're asked to restart it first.

Moving from another system? Bring your customer list with you. Go to Contacts, and click Import. Starting from scratch? Grab a Sample CSV or XLSX. Any spreadsheet with a header row works, though. Drag your CSV or Excel file into the box, or click to browse for it. Map your columns. Each column in your file gets a drop-down, and the common ones are matched for you. Only first name, last name, email, phone and address come across. Anything else, like suburb here, is set to Don’t import. Check the preview, then click Import. The import runs in the background, so you can click Done and carry on. Your customers are now in Contacts. Local phone formats are fine, because numbers are matched to your country.
