How do I add products in Sophiie?
You add products at Settings → Products in your Sophiie dashboard. You can add up to 100 live products — if you hit the limit, switch off or delete a product you no longer sell to free a slot.

Products are the goods you sell. Sophiie can describe and price them for callers. Find them in Settings. Click Add product. Enter a short, clear product name. Add a description. Sophiie reads the first six hundred characters on a call, so put the important detail first. Choose a pricing mode: a fixed price, a price range, or not applicable. Enter the price, in your business currency. This switch decides whether Sophiie tells callers the price, or keeps it to herself. You can also add product FAQs, for the questions callers ask most. Click Add product to save. It goes live straight away. There it is in your list. You can have up to one hundred live products.
