How does Sophiie choose which team member gets a job?

You decide who gets each job, one service at a time. Go to Settings, Services. Find the service. And open it. The team step only shows on bookable services, so check that Book it is chosen here. Under Who handles it, choose the team members who can be booked onto this job. Then open Assignment logic, to choose how she picks between them. New services start on Priority order. Priority order works down your list, so your preferred person gets the job whenever they’re free. Round robin shares jobs in turn, giving each service’s next job to whoever has waited longest. Least busy gives it to whoever has the fewest jobs booked that day. Save changes. She only ever assigns people who are free, going by the hours, area and time off in each person’s Team settings.
