How do I set restrictions in Sophiie?

Restrictions are things Sophiie must never do or say. Find them in Settings, under Inquiries. Here are your current restrictions. Sophiie reads each one as starting with “never”. Click Add restriction. Type the thing to avoid, starting with the action itself. Don’t write “never” or “do not”. Sophiie already adds that. There’s no Save button. The row saves itself a moment after you stop typing. One catch: a restriction won’t stop bookings. To do that, turn off Auto bookings, or change the service’s outcome.
