What does "Unanalysed" mean in my call logs?
Unanalysed is one of the views in your call logs at Settings → Workspace → Call logs — it lists calls Sophiie logged but never created an inquiry from, either because the caller never really said anything or because it was an unsolicited sales call. An unanalysed call isn't lost — it's still right there in your logs.

An unanalysed call is one that Sophiie logged, but didn’t create an inquiry from. You’ll find them in your call logs. Go to Settings, and open Workspace. Click Call logs. The page opens on All calls. Now switch the filter over to Unanalysed. Usually the caller never really said anything, or it was a sales call. In the list, these calls show as Missed. Analysed shows the rest: calls that became an inquiry. Click a call to see its details. Status tells you where it’s at. Not captured means she finished, and didn’t create an inquiry. Analysing means she’s still working on it, so check back in a few minutes. Either way the call isn’t lost. It was answered, and it’s logged in full. Recordings of analysed calls live on the conversation in Inquiries.
