Can Sophiie play background sounds during calls?

Call sounds are in Settings, under Inquiries, Voice and personality. Scroll to the bottom and expand Advanced speech. Background ambience, like office noise behind Sophiie’s voice, was removed in April 2026. The switch may still show, but callers hear nothing, whatever it says. What callers do hear is Processing sounds: a keyboard typing clip while Sophiie works on a response. It’s on by default. Switch it off if you don’t want it. If you keep it, set the volume here, from zero to one hundred percent. There’s no Save button. Each change saves itself. To hear the result, place a quick test call and listen.
