How do I authenticate with the Sophiie API?
Every documented Sophiie API endpoint is authenticated with an API key sent as a bearer token. You generate the key at Settings → Workspace → API token in your dashboard.

Every request to the API is signed with an API key, sent as a bearer token. Keys live in Settings, under Workspace. Click API token. You need to be an owner or admin, on a paid plan. Click Generate new key. Name it after the tool it is for, so you can tell your keys apart later. Click Generate. The full key is shown once, so copy it and store it somewhere safe straight away. Then click Done. Your key then sits in the list, with when it was created, when it was last used, and its status. The key itself is the bearer token. There is no separate token exchange. Your developer puts it in the Authorization header of every request, as the word Bearer, then the key. API documentation lists every endpoint, and what each error code means. If a key is ever exposed, use its menu. Disable switches it off, and you can switch it back on. Revoke is permanent.
