Can I recover a lost API key?
No — a lost API key can't be recovered by anyone, including Sophiie staff. The fix is quick though: use Regenerate on the key at Settings → Workspace → API token and you'll get a working replacement in one step.

A lost API key cannot be recovered, not even by support, because the full key is only ever shown once. The fix is to regenerate it. Go to Settings, then Workspace. Click API token. The list never shows the full key, only a masked version. The rest is never stored, so nobody at Sophiie can look it up for you. Click the three dots on the key to open its menu. Choose Regenerate, and confirm. The old key stops working straight away, and a new one is issued under the same name. The new key appears in a one-time dialog. Copy it now and store it somewhere safe, then update your integrations with it. If a key has been exposed but you still need it, Disable switches it off, and you can switch it back on later. Revoke is permanent and cannot be undone. Use it only for keys you will never need again. Each organisation can hold two keys. At that cap, Generate new key greys out, so regenerate a key you have, or revoke one you no longer use.
