Which system syncs my quotes and invoices if I have more than one integration?
One platform syncs them. You pick which one at Settings → Quotes → Accounting sync and Settings → Invoices → Accounting sync — the platforms you don't pick stay connected and keep doing their other jobs, they just don't carry your quotes and invoices.

Your quotes and invoices sync with one platform, even if you’ve connected more than one. You choose which. Go to Settings, Quotes, and open Accounting sync. The Who syncs your quotes card is where you pick. The platforms you don’t pick stay connected, and keep doing their other jobs. Your connected platforms are listed here. Pick the one that should own your quotes. Invoices are chosen separately. Set the same card under Settings, Invoices, Accounting sync. You connect platforms in Integrations. Click the link at the bottom. You get one platform per category. For accounting, that’s Xero or QuickBooks, not both. To switch, disconnect one, then connect the other.
