How do I add the Sophiie Call Now button to my website?
Go to Settings → Inquiries → Web → Lead follow-up and switch on the Calls from your website card, then copy the snippet from the Install instructions card lower down the same page — don't hand-build the code from an old guide. The button lets a website visitor enter their number and have Sophiie phone them straight back.

The Call Now button lets a website visitor enter their number, and Sophiie phones them straight back. Go to Settings, Inquiries, and open Web. Choose Lead follow-up. Switch on Calls from your website. It needs a paid plan, and the install code only appears once it’s on. Open Install instructions. If a developer looks after your site, choose My web developer to email everything to them. Pick the script. Standard works for most sites. On Wix, choose Iframe instead. The standard script doesn’t work there. Click Copy, and paste it where you want the button. On WordPress, a Custom HTML block works. Load your page and check the button appears. The call comes from your business number, and Sophiie opens with your usual greeting.
